Muscle Biomechanics Specialist

The goal of Muscle Activation Techniques™ (MAT) is to make sure all your muscles have proper neurological input necessary to perform its function. Improper neurological input causes pain, overuse injuries, arthritic conditions, muscle tightness, and muscle weakness.

I focus on improving mobility and stability through a checks and balance system to make sure you have strength with your new range of motion.

We work to  stabilize the joints and reduce joint stresses that can lead to tightness and weakness (chronic pain, arthritic conditions, and overuse injuries)

My goal is to  help athletes recover from injuries and helps to prevent injuries.

Together we can speed up the rehabilitation process. You will have improved mechanics and become pain free faster.
 
Postural Alignment
 Give you the tools to get you back to the posture that makes your body work optimally.
​This process can also improve your:
-balance
 -flexibility
-strength
- improve digestion
-organ function
- mental state
​-sport 

It is a process, not a quick fix.  This process brings the body back to its proper alignment and functioning the way it was designed.

This requires work on your part and a commitment . Ultimately, you become responsible and empowered to make decisions for your own health. ​​
